The name Insanity Max 30 comes from the fact that YOU ARE going to MAX OUT during every single workout, You may not be able to completely the full 30 minutes at a Shaun T speed, but the program is designed to have you start with Shaun T as long as you can, when you literally cannot push any harder you write that number down and then simply drop to the modified version of take a break! 

You are challenging yourself and as you go along you will be getting incredible results and your MAX OUT time will be longer!
